De King's Hotel, operating under Adekunte-Kings Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 2006 as a limited liability company.

The hotel is registered with other Hoteliers Associations in Nigeria.

The members of Board of Directors are: Safiu Adekunte and Beverly-Ann Adekunte.

The Hotel can easily be accessed from the Murtala Mohammed International Airport to Isolo Road, from there to Ikotun or from Iyana Ipaja straight to Ikotun, alight at College Bus stop off Governor's Road - first turn by the right: 11, Adebola Arowele Street, Ikotun, Lagos Nigeria.
